The most affordable Western European country. You have to try the food. Look at the art and the history. I'm more of a Porto fan than a Lisbon fan. Check out the Algarve too. Golden cliffs and beautiful waves.

A beautiful country with friendly, hospitable and humble people. Cities are bit chaotic but still their atmosphere is very appealing. Food is excellent, beaches are lovely, architecture is full of history.
