How do you definite a country? Some of the islands you list e.g. the Falklands are not countries in my opinion,.

I consider a country as being an independent political entity, not subordinate to another political entity. Most countries also belong to the UN (with a few exceptions) and have their own diplomatic relations and their own currency and stamps. However a few high inflation countries do use the US Dollar as their currency.
