Why does the map not show the appropriate level because I did not visit the 'right' places?

I live in and have travelled extensively through Norway. I believe that the map should show the highest level, especially since I have seen much more of Norway than I have of Iceland, for example. I believe that this stems from not seeing enough of the 'right' places, as I have tested it by claiming I've been to Kristiansand and Stavanger, and it showed only then that I have been to every corner. However, without those two places, but the addition of dozens more smaller and more remote places, it provides me as being in the second most travelled category for Norway instead. Please fix this! Also, many of the smaller places aren't available, i.e. Svartisen, and I don't have photos to add to make it a viable entry.
