A 170 km hike around the Mont Blanc Massif. One can spend a week to two weeks making the circuit — all depending on how hard one wants to work each day. Typically you can expect to travel about 17 km each day with 1000 meters of elevation gain and loss.
We started in Chamonix and on to Courmayeur, Italy continuing to Trient, Switzerland then back to Chamonix.
The sights are fantastic.
