ALGERIA any suggestions about a local tour operator?

Hi, we are looking for a tour in Algeria. We wish Ghardaia and the south loop in the desert near Djanet. Do you know a local tour operator? We are 3/4 persons and we don't want luxory accomodation but we wish for a good tour and an honest price. Thank you
