How much will it cost to buy a flat in Prague?

I'm not interested in Downtown or something very expensive. I'm looking for a small flat with an affordable price. Would be grateful for any information!

Hi Sergio. Currently it's a really bad time to buy any real estate in Prague. Flat market is growing up, prices are going up as well. Smallest flat (studio-like) prices are starting from 1,8 mln CZK (71k EUR). 2+kk (one separate room and another one with kitchen corner) flats are from 2.3+ mln CZK (91k EUR). There are lowest prices, so quality of those variants will be depressing.
