How to get to saddle Takaka Hill Lookout

By car

Take State Highway 60 over the Takaka Hill from Motueka to Takaka. Numerous stopping points along the way with great views for photographs. Many years ago there a Pub at the bottom of the hill on the Takaka side called The Rat Trap....which was painted on its roof Burned down unfortunately
