Should I visit Nice in the beginning of November? Thanks for advices.

Nice is nice in September ) You should also visit Montpellier — it's about a 2.5 hour drive from Nice. Great University town — 700 years old. Full of great places to eat, music, and lot's a street life!

I think it’s still quite hot. Been there in October and the weather was just perfect.

Oh, It's great in September as well. Hot, tasty and great sea. A lot of pleasure. My recommendations.

It's lovely. Nice beach weather without being sweltering. The ocean is perfect to swim in.

Don't go. it's the most hostile known place I've ever been to in my entire life.
Try Marseille, Montpellier, or Monaco instead.

Yes, why not. There are less tourist then but don't expect it to be a sun and bath holiday. And as someone already said, there are nicer places to see along the south coast of France.
